The best thing you can do is give a good example. Try to eat as often as possible, family meals. Be patient, keep calm and praise your child when they do - even if only a touch.
If your child refuses new foods, do not give up after the first try. Take the plate and try again another time.
Tip: try to change the way you cook or the look of your dish - your baby may enjoy the same dish but in a different form.
